Dominican fugitive arrested after mocking a prosecutor in Instagram

NY. A Dominican fugitive was arrested in Westchester County after he climbed a photo on Instagram with a bottle of rum making fun of a prosecutor.
Dominican Ronald Plaza, 24, was wanted for attempted murder against compatriot Angel Segura.
"I welcome Mr. Miller, this is a good rum," Piazza said in the message on Instagram after he did not show up in the Supreme Court in the Bronx to face charges for the attack on Segura in December 2015.
