Pacquiao cancels contract with Nike for homophobic remarks

WASHINGTON The US sports brand Nike today announced that ended his promotional contract with the Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiaopor your comments about homosexuals, those who said they are "worse than animals".

"I apologize for having hurt people comparing homosexuals with animals," he said.
